Hi Terry,

Which platforms are not syncing? Are you adding on iOS and it does not sync to web, or the other way around?

Have you tried logging out of all locations, clearing the cache for all apps/browsers?

I just signed up... syncing does not work. Created projects on Mac, Web and iPhone and none syncs to the other. I was looking for a PC-friendly project manager... I love Omnifocus, but it only works on Macs and iOS.

To bad this is failing out of the box. Is there a server issue? I'm getting timeout errors even on the website.

I'm not syncing in Firefox or Chrome right now. I keep getting the notice that it's in offline mode and will try again soon. When I click to force the sync, it won't work.

I have been a user for a long time (just not very active) and syncing isn't working for me. I created a new project in the chrome extension and still haven't received it on my android phone an hour later. After 10 minutes or so I was able to get it to show up on the website in Chrome. I created a new project on Android and it hasn't shown up in the website or chrome extension. I am using a Galaxy S3 with 4.3 installed. Thanks

Service Issues? I deleted all my apps and data to try and clear up some synching issues. Now, after reloading the App on my phonem I can't even log in. I get an Error "Expected status code in (200-299), got 504.

C'mon. I just paid to upgrade this not long ago and it's working like crap. I'd just as soon get my money back. My ToDo lists for work are far too important to me to have to deal with this.

I would add that I'm as frustrated as anyone else. I've now lost a bunch of stuff I added this morning. BUT I've been a ToDoist user for years, and this is the FIRST time I've ever seen these kind of widespread issues with the system. I'm certain the folks at ToDoist are having a very rough day between fielding all the angry users and trying to resolve the problems. I hope it doesn't last long.

New user as of a few days ago, absolutely LOVE this program/apps, even paid for premium. Does everything I've been looking for, for several months (never ran across it until a few days ago). BUT, I'm really hoping this doesn't become a regular thing, would really screw me up. Not syncing for me either.

Same here. The Firefox plug-in fails to log in, and when I open todoist in the browser, it only works in off-line mode. This seems to have happened after the user interface update.

I've been a user for several months and I like this new update and the features.

However, syncing is now not working correctly! For desktop I normally use Chrome but I've also tried testing the syncing on IE and get the same problems. Syncing on my Android phone and iPad are also having problems. It appears to be related to the new update. Please fix this and communicate what is going on. Thanks.

Having similar issues with both syncing and login....

Non-premium user for ~1 yr. Updates made via Android app this morning not appearing via Chrome mobile view or iPad app. Attempting to sync iPad app or mobile-web view having no effect (attempts to sync for 30 seconds, no updates and no change in last sync date/time). Logged out of iPad app, got error trying to log back in: "Expected status code in (200-299), got 504". Deleted iPad app and re-installed, same error when trying to login.

Any updates on root-cause or ETA for resolution of these issues?

Hi there. I have using the todoist app since November of last year and it has been working fine up until now. I was trying to update something on my todoist via Outlook but it crashed and I got repeated messages that todoist couldn't sync with Outlook and to try again later.

I have un-installed & re-installed the Outlook App three times now and it will not work (it is not showing up in my Outlook).

Is there a particular problem with the Outlook App? Chrome seems to be ok but I's prefer the Outlook App to be working

My ios app thinks "today" is Jan 7? What I've updated online is not syncing to my app. I bunch of already completed items are now set as "today" and the only week I can see is Jan 7 - 14.

I haven't been able to sync between the latest Android app and my Todoist account - can the Todoist team put out an alert/notice to folks so they don't panic quite yet? :)

UPDATE: logged off everywhere and logged back in. Logging to iphone app was super buggy and then no tasks are showing up at all even though it says it was synced. Then, logged off again on iphone, completely closed app, opened app again, attempted to logon via google account and got Error: expected status code in (200-299) got 504.

Whatever that means.

IOS does not synchronize. Logged out and did not work a two-step verification google apps account.

Synching is also not working for me. I'm a long-time user and have just recently started using the Android app. I believe the app synched previously but hasn't since the new update. I'm not too worried about it since I'm sure you'll get it fixed soon. I just wanted to mention it so that it's clear that many users are experiencing this. Let us know when you have it figured out and good luck!

Yeah really want the Outlook App to work again ASAP. I love the convenience of your tool and dont want to have to go hunting for an alternative!

hi there, logged out of the app and logged back in. Tried to download & re-install the Outlook App again and it is still not showing up in my Outlook Email.

Working great -- thanks for the fast repair of the issue.

BTW, I think you ought to implement some kind of very obvious notice for these situations so people don't start panicking and deleting stuff. I had thought this was happening because I upgraded the phone app, but it appears it was actually because of server load or some similar issue.

Love the product -- have tried many and this one is the most versatile and easy to use, so I have an invested interested in wanting to see you guys succeed!

+1 to what Tyler suggested.
I'm glad I didn't make major changes to my to-do's on the mobile app, or I'd be a little irritated at the workaround (logging out, then back in).
