Push notifications not working

Running Android 4.4.2 with the latest version of Todoist (from 01/21/2014). Push notifications aren't working for me. I've deleted my device under todoist.com -> Settings -> Reminders -> Devices. Un-installed and re-install the application (twice). They don't work when testing from the control panel, or on the device by setting a reminder. Please advise.

BTW - They're working on my iPad, just not my phone.

Hi Tom,

So to clarify, if you click on the "send a test" button within the settings area, it does not get sent?

I'm sorry to chime in on another's thread, but I am not receiving push notifications for reminders. I've set multiple tasks, each with the correct date and time and tested multiple times in the future. No tasks reminders were sent for mobile.

iOS iphone 5, latest version of todoist

Everyone,

Please try logging out, clearing the data for the app and logging back in. Let me know if it still does not work.

Hey Brendon,

I logged out of Todoist on iPhone and when trying to log back in, google error comes up and cant login at all on the phone. What did you mean "clearing the data for the app" ?

And do you know if others are experiencing similar issues about not being able to log back in on the iPhone?

Error code in (200-299), got 504 is what it says

I was referring to the Android app. Your iOS issue is a known one that we are looking into now.

So.... is there no way to log back into my Premium Todoist on iphone?

Should I open a separate ticket? Would like to get some priority support on this...

There are already many reports of your issue and this is our number one priority right now, as it's our servers having issues. We hope to have a fix soon.

Does this apply to me as well? I've deleted app data, delete the app, tried a different ROM, etc. Nothing works. No notifications on my Android device.

And yes - to clarify - if I click the test mobile push notification option, I get nothing.

Remainder works. Only test not working.

Testing now works, but reminders set within the app do not.

My mistake.. My calendar was using 2015 as the year. Not sure if that was the case from the beginning, but testing from the web site was definitely broken (now fixed).

Everything is working. Thanks.
