Lost Project

ME

In exploring the new todist Next I shared a project with a friend and then I removed myself from one of the projects, which I should not have done.
Now I have no listing of the project at all or all of its subtasks.
How can I get it back?
Cheers
Michael

Hi Michael,

Does the user you shared it with still have access to it? How did you remove yourself from the project? The only way to do this is to delete that project, which acts like leaving the project, it would then become the other persons project.

They should be able to share it back with you and it would all re-appear for you.

Regards,
Brendon.

Thanks Brendon I will pursue that direction. I did leave the project. However I then subsequently found the tasks and they had all been crossed through so i tried to uncross them and now appear to have deleted them, thankfully the list is neither long nor irreplaceable
Kind Regards
Michael

Brendon do you know how I can uncomplete a completed task.
I have a link at the top of the screen which allows me to see a list of completed tasks.
A portion of another window appears at the left handside of my screen and am unable to expose it fully to see what is being displayed within it.
Any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

This is apparently another known issue, though we can't reproduce it. Which browser and OS are you using when that window shows offscreen?

You can also head to the project it was from, and at the bottom there is a clock icon, this will get completed tasks.

Regards,
Brendon.

Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63 m
but please hold Chrome is asking to be relaunched it may be impacting on it.
I can just make out a potion of the word completed which I cam click and it then launches a full list of completed tasks, what I was then hoping to do was to reverse the completing so that there where again alive

Michael,

Do you have Karma turned off? This seems to only happen when Karma is off. Nonetheless, we are looking into the issue and hope find a solution soon.

Have you tried the clock icon within the project?

Thanks,
Brendon.

I now have Karma turned on however it didnt fix the gliche.
what has happened though I can now see a part of an additional line of info in the partially exposed screen which I can tell has something to do with Karma, plus what appears to be the tail end of a graph.
I will try the clock icon

ok bit more
the partially exposed screen is now fully exposed ( I am assuming it is the same one) titled productivity trend.
and the clock icon exposes the completed tasks thanks
