Support search not working

When I type any search into the search bar and click the button, I am directed to a plain white page. Makes it hard to make sure I'm not posting issues that have already been posted and/or answered. ;D

Hi Smokie,

I am not able to reproduce this issue. It appears you are having a fair amount of issues. I want to confirm that you have indeed cleared the cache for your browser, if you need instructions please let me know.

To confirm, which browser are you using, and does testing another one result in the same issue?

Yes, I cleared my cache before posting.

It doesn't happen in another browser, and is not consistent.

I do sometimes get the "Todoist: To-Do list and Task Manager The app is currently unreachable" message instead of a blank page now, but upon reload shows the support page as expected.

Smokie,

Yes, this is related to the extra load we are having right now with the launch of Next. It should subside eventually, and we are making sure it keeps running. It may just require a refresh at times.
