Collaborative Projects

Just got the Todoist Next update, but I don't see the collaborative projects feature on my page. Is that something I need to sign up for specifically? How do I start adding people to tasks?

Hi Natalle,

You should be able to right click on any Project, and click on Share Project. Please let me know if this is not available for you. If it's not, you may just need to log out and clear cache for your browser.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Nope, still not available. I logged out, emptied the cache, and logged back in.

I'm also still having an issue with sorting-- all of my tasks are mixed up and not sorting by project or label. Not sure if that's related but...

Natalle,

Which browser are you using, which version number? If you use Todoist in another browser, still the same issue?

Thanks,
Brendon.

I'm using Chrome (version #32.0.1700.77). I tried login in through safari, still having the same issues.

Natalle,

I have asked the developers if it's possible to only receive a partial upgrade, but does not sound possible. Sounds like a cache issue.

So to clarify, if you right click on your project, or click on the 3 dots to then right, Share Project is not one of the options?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Correct. Share Project doesn't come up on the drop down menu-- I took a screen shot, but don't see anywhere to post it here.

I guess I can try emptying the cache again, but I don't see why that would work the second time and not the first.

Hello Natalie,

Please note that using the regular option to clear Chrome's cache may not delet all Todoist's offline data. Therefore, please try to delete it manually by going to Chrome's Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data and removing all Todoist-related entries there. Then, reload the browser and log back in.

Best regards,
David

Woo! Now I can share!

Although the sorting issue is still happening, but that's ok. I was more worried about the share feature.
