R

Windows 7, .Net 4, Outlook 2013. Android app works fine. Windows app just presents a blank screen: https://win.todoist.com/main?mini=1&native_app=win. Outlook plug-in repeatedly times out and prompts for you to log in again. Please help!!

Hello,

Reg. the Windows app, please right-click on teh TD icon it adds to the notifications area (system tray), and choose "Sync", "Home" and/or "Reload". One of these options should fix it. If it won't use "Logout" from there.

Reg. the Outlook app - it uses Internet Explorer to work and connect, therefore all its settings will be shared with IE. Please make sure you have the latest version of IE and it accepts cookies and has medium to medium-hight privacy settings.

Best regards,
David

Suggestion to choose "Sync", "Home" and/or "Reload" did not work. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled still blank. Outlook plugin still times out and requires constant login. Now displays "To help protect your security IE has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. Security is set to medium and IE cache flushed on every exit.

Please try to use "Logout" from the TD tray icon menu in the Windows app.

Regarding Outlook - we will soon release an update to it porting it on a different non-IE engine and this should address this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What you could try, though (reg. Outlook) is to set IE 11 to not flush the cache on exit and see if this will help.

Best regards,
David
