my todoist has lost all my projects and no longer provides the premium service I signed up for

I believe I may have two separate accounts--one that I began in December and one that I began in the past week, which was a premium account. The premium account seems to have disappeared and is replaced by the original account.

Hi Shannon,

If you could give me the email address for both accounts, I would be able to transfer the Premium status, if that is what you'd like.

You should be able to sign out of the Free one, and sign back into the Premium one without issue.

Shannon,

You can't have two Todoist accounts with the same email address, it does not work. So if you randomly lost Premium, this could be another issue.

I checked your account it shows no Premium, and does not show that it expired. Do you have an a receipt from payment, I would need the transaction ID or reference number from that to upgrade the account.

Otherwise, you may have another account with a different email address.
