tasks disappearing


I'm ready to stop using this and I'm not happy that I paid for Pro. You have major problems. The biggest problem is that I've had at least a half dozen tasks that I have added in the last couple weeks that are simply gone now. Just disappeared. And I'm in the habit of always hitting refresh on any platform I open, so it shouldn't be overwriting things. As a side note, the Outlook plug-in ( had a task on it that shouldn't have been there because it was completed, and it wasn't on ANY other platform except Outlook. Refreshes changed other items as expected, but not this task. I had to log out and back in again to have it disappear.

Hi Scott,

There are basically no situations with Todoist where data can be lost, unless you were offline, and you completely closed the app before going back online.

Please make sure you are signing into the same account on all platforms, if you used Google to sign in on one, then it should be used on others.

Please confirm, were you offline at anytime on any platform, and confirm you are signed into the same account everywhere (loggin out and back in can confirm).
