New Premium Member; can't add calendar feed to either google or outlook

I'm a new premium customer. I've got everything working except the calendar feed to either Google or Outlook.

I've read the instructions...

If I enter the url into a browser, IT even gets an error.

Is there a url or server error going on?

Hi Mark,

Which version of Outlook are you using? What is the exact error message you receive?

On Google, when you see the yellow importing message at the top, close GCal and come back to it a bit later, does it still not add the feed?

Thanks,
Brendon.

I was working w/ Peter...this is our last conversation:

"Thanks Peter,

Somehow, with my trial and errors, your settings for Calendar issued a new URL (or, you guys did it), and it has now worked with Outlook w/ this new URL :-).

But, regarding Google Calendar, it's adding the calendar, you get small rectangular box that says it's updating, it then disappears and no tasks/projects are shown. No error messages.

So, I'm still having this problem w/ the Google Calendar....but, good news on the Outlook Calendar!

Mark,

For Google Calender, remove any instances of the feed (right hand menu, where all calenders are shown). Then when you try to add the feed again, the moment you see the message at the top "Importing.." close GCal, and then come back to it a bit later.

Does it still not add the feed?

Thanks,
Brendon.
