Tasks not ordered anymore

Hi,

My tasks were automatically ordered by priority but are not anymore, can you fix it ?

Otherwise i don't see the point of setting priority except for color.

Hello Adrien,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, this is a know issue which we can't reproduce. The only way for us to identify its cause would be to know what exactly triggers it initially, but we've tried everything we could think of to no avail :(

If you do notice a way to reliably reproduce it and perform a certain action or set of actions that will cause these tasks to lose their priority order, please let us know.

For now, as a workaround, you could try to manually reorder them back via drag & drop and Todoist should remember the order.

Hello David,

You may have your answer in your suggestion : i don't re-order my tasks but i remember seeing them moving accidentaly (i don't know how to move them yet).
So could it be that i moved them, they are ordered in db now and i'm stuck because they're is no "remove all order" button ?

I've checked how to re-order, no wonder i did it by accident : it's right next to the tick box.

I wish a way to remove this functionnality. :)
