New SSL certificate with minor encryption?

Hello,

I just remarked that you now use a new SSL certificate with a 128-bit encryption.

As far as I know the old certificate had 256-bit encryption.
Any reason for this modification?

Thanks!

Hello Andreas,

We've always used and are still using a 256-bit SSL encryption. Please double-check if it's really our certificate in a different browser.

Best regards,
David

Hello David,

Thank you for your answer.

You're absolutely right. With Firefox, I see it's a 256-bit certificate.

Chrome leads me up the garden path...

I've published screenshots here:

Andreas,

Thank you for this information, it indeed shows as 128-bit on Chrome. I have passed it to the developers and we'll look into it.

Best regards,
David
