Completing parent tasks

HM

When I complete a parent task on a different day to some of its subtasks, it appears to count all the completed subtasks towards the productivity count for that day. This seems a tad bizarre, and isn't something that I've noticed happening in the past?
mac osx :)

On a slightly related note, is there a way to 'archive' a task or project, i.e move it to history without 'completing' it? I'm thinking in particular of tasks set to display without a tick-box.

Best wishes,

HM

PS. many thanks for your extremely prompt reply to my previous query. Always been very impressed by todoist's customer service :)

Hello Henry,

We'll look into it, thank you for your report.

Reg. archiving - that's unfortunately not possible for single tasks, but you can right-click on a project and choose "Archive" (that's a Premium-only option, though).

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

Any update on this? Since posting this I've noticed that the same problem will occur regardless of spreading the task completions over different days.

Best wishes,

Henry

Henry,

We'll soon release a huge uprade (in the upcoming week) which will address multiple Karma-related issues. Let us know in case it would persist after that.

Best regards,
David
