Todoist items used to show up in Outlook, now they don't

I have Todoist premium with the Outlook download, and for the first month, my to-do list showed up as a panel on the right side of my email box. As of yesterday, there are no items there. The panel is still there, but there is nothing in it. I can still see all my items in todoist.com and on my iPhone. Suggestions?

Hello Ann,

Please try to log out from it, close Outlook, open Internet Explorer (as our Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect and shares its settings and cache), clear IE's cache, then reopen Outlook and log back in making sure that you use the same login credentials as you do on all other platforms.

Quick follow-up for anyone else reading this: the steps above worked for me too, but only after I selected the "Cookies" option when clearing cache in IE.

I first tried clearing cache in IE without selecting the option to delete cookies, and the Todoist pane in Outlook still came up blank when I logged back into it.
