Lost Connection Issue


I am using the free Outlook version and it constantly loses connection and I have to keep signing back in

Hi Chris,

Do you have Internet Explorer set to clear cookies and cache automatically, and maybe even often? These would be needed for it to remember the login details.

Yes, it is set automatically. Would that matter if I am using the Outlook version? Any other suggestions?

At the moment our Outlook plugin is built on the IE engine, so doing this would cause it to have this issue. We are going to be releasing an updated version and will also change the engine, so it should resolve your issue, unless of course you do the same on this engine (Chrome).
