I upgraded but it keeps telling me I need upgrade. I have tried logging out and logging in. I'm using it through Outlook. Please help

Hi Steve,

The account you are signed into when creating this thread is not showing as Premium. Please make sure you are indeed signing into the correct account. Another account might have been the one that was upgraded.
