bug : "every monday" task showing up under Tuesday, not Monday

R

I have a task scheduled for "every monday @11:00". I believe it has functioned correctly for two weeks or so (I'm new to todoist) but this week the task is showing up with my Tuesday tasks instead of under Monday. Something to do with the new year perhaps?

No idea how to suggest you reproduce this.

Hello Rachel,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce it. Please try to clear your browser's cache and if the issue persists - can you reproduce it yourself by creating a new "every monday" task?

Also, did you change your time zone or traveled to another zone lately (and used Todoist there)?

Best regards,
David

Thanks for responding.

No change in time zone for me or my computer.

I created a new task with "every monday" and it was entered correctly under "Today".

I cleared my cache and restarted the browser... the original "every Monday" task still persisted under Tuesday (tomorrow). However, I checked the task off to mark it completed and it did create the next instance under next Monday.

This single occurrence does not impact me significantly but it's clearly buggy so I thought I should report the behavior. I can't fathom how it happened. Thought maybe I accidentally postponed that task, but I see if I do that with my test task it gets postponed to the next week, not the next day.

Rachel,

Thank you for your report. We're unsure why this happened and will look into it. If this would ever happen to you in the future with this or another task - please let us know.

Best regards,
David
