Premium stops automatically?

CC

I really love Todoist, but I just don't have the time to use it/keep it up to date. I bought premium a few months ago and it says my premium will expire in November 2014. Is there anything I have to do to make sure I won't get credited for it next year?

Hi Cas,

How did you make the purchase? If it was with a credit card and not through PayPal, it will not renew.

Regards,
Brendon.

It actually was through PayPal, I'm pretty sure...

Cas,

You would just need to check your PayPal account and make sure there is no subscription for Todoist. alias=amix@amix.dk" rel="nofollow">https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=amix@amix.dk

Thanks,
Brendon.

Brendon,

Thanks for the help. I have no idea why I didn't think of checking PayPal first... I clicked your link and a notification popped up, saying: "The unsubscribe button you clicked is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in 'My preapproved payments'."

So I guess it's all good. Thanks for the help and good luck with further development of this awesome project!
