Can not use it in Outlook 2010

Dear all,

I can not use the Outlook PlugIn for Outlook 2010 wih Win 7.

Because of missing security certificate the page can not be shown inside Outlook.

Do you have an idea how I can solve this problem?

Hello Rüdiger,

If it's a limitation of the network you're in (corporate proxy or firewall), then you may need to contact your network administrator about it.

In general, our plugin uses Internet Explorer to connect so please check if you have the latest version of IE installed on your computer and make sure it doesn't have any higher security settings than "medium" or "medium-high" and accepts cookies.

thank you for answering very fast.

I can open this URL in the Internet Explorer without problems:

But inside Outlook it is not possible. What a pity!

The security settings are exactly as you have described them.
I have IE 9

Rüdiger,

Do you have an option to upgrade IE to the latest version (IE 11)? If so, please try to do so and see if it helps.

Other than that, this should no longer be an issue once we release the update to our plugin that we're working on right now which will be ported to a different engine. It should be available within a few weeks.
