Can't Change Password

I forgot my password and clicked the link to have a password link sent to me. I clicked on the reset password link and when I change the password, I'm told the password reset link has expired and I need to request a new one even though it's been less then a minute in-between clicking on the link and trying to reset the password.

This question hasn't been answered through email, if someone did send a email, it hasn't shown up in my inbox. The only emails I've received from your company are expired password link resets, and the problem remains unsolved and unfixed.

Sorry about that. The issue should be resolved now. Please try clearing the cache for your browser, and sending again. Also, make sure you are signing into the correct account, as sometimes a new one can be created when using Google Sign in.
