Synchronization problem?

I purchased todoist on my galaxy note 3 (donasum@gmail.com) however, it is not synchronized with my Mac Air. What seems be the problem? What is Premium? Should I purchase it?

Hi Peter,

Please clarify, are you having issue syncing with each other, or you do not have Premium features on one device?

If Premium is the issue, please log out of all locations and then back in again to get fresh data.

Hi,
I once had a problem with synchronization, but it's worked fine after logging out as you explained. However the same old problem returned. I have two problems.

First, no synchronization with device. Synchronization with Chrome and Mac is perfect. I logged out with all platforms.
Second, setting exact date is unstable. After setting GMT, it never changed.

Hello Peter,

Please clarify - what device are you referring to that doesn't synchronize? I can confirm that syncing works now correctly on all platforms and as long as you log into the same account on each platform, it must sync all your data.

As for dates - please clarify what exact due dates are you referring to and what exact due dates does the system set these tasks to?

Also, make sure the time zone is correct on all platforms, but also on Todoist itself (in the Settings).
