Unfortunately I've set up two accounts - one is firstname.lastname@example.org (incorrect!) and one is email@example.com (the correct one).
I've subscribed to Premium on the wrong account, and would like to switch it please to firstname.lastname@example.org (2 t's in Tatiana).
Would you be able to do this?
Yes, we can transfer your Premium status to the other account, but to do so (for security reasons), please log into the incorrect account, the one that's already Premium and post a reply through this account here.
