Tasks Duplicating in Outlook and iPhone

A

I have my todolist synced with Outlook 2007, Google Calendar, and my iPhone calendar. Unfortunately I have several tasks that are duplicating many (10-20) times on Outlook Calendar and on my iPhone. How do I remove the duplicated tasks?

Hello Amie,

Please tell me - can you reproduce this issue? If you can, please let us know step-by-stem how can you trigger it to create new duplicates?

The easiest way to remove the duplicates is to use the web-version or Outlook plugin, hold CTRL and start clicking on the tasks to select them. Then, choose "Delete" from the top menu. The calendar feed in Outlook will refresh as you use "Send/Receive", Google Calendar will refresh within 24 hours.

Best regards,
David

The Outlook plugin does not show duplicates, only the internet calendar subscriptions on my Outlook Calendar and my iPhone Calendar. I went in and deleted all the tasks on the plugin that showed duplicates on my calendar, then I re-added the tasks. Immediately they showed up as duplicates on my iPhone and Outlook calendars. Since I can't delete a task directly from my outlook calendar because it is a subscription I'm unsure of how to resolve this, also they don't show as duplicates in the plugin or I would just get rid of them there.

Amie,

Please tell me - what's the exact due date format you've used in one of the affected tasks?

Best regards,
David

David,

I type in "every 20" so that it will be a repeating task on the 20th of every month.

Thanks,
Amie
