Hi Annie,

How many devices or locations are you using Todoist with? Please confirm that Todoist.com's settings, the desktop system, and any other mobile devices are all set to the exact same timezone.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,

I’m using Todoist for one location only, ie. Singapore, and I’m using the same laptop that is set to the same timezone.

Strangely, there is also no text on the submit/send button here too. I'm going to press it and hope this reply gets to you.

Regards,
Annie.

Hello Annie,

If you don't see text on the "Post my reply" button here, then you may have a plugin in your browser that blocks scripts. Are you using any ad-blockers? This could also influence how Todoist works. Try to clear your browser's cache and see if it helps.

As for the time-related issue, please tell me - are you using the correct due date format? For example: "today at 5:30pm" or "today @ 17:30"?

Best regards,
David

Thanks David. I'm on office network and it is possible that the ads are often auto blocked.

As for the time-related issue, I had typed tod@5.30pm. In any case, I had re-tested the reminder setting and it seems to working now. Thanks for the effort behind this.

Annie.
