Hello Allan,

Please clarify - how are they duplicating exactly? You're adding a new task and as you enter it, before saving it, you set one reminder of what type and what due date or delay?

At what point after that are they duplicated? If you save the task and try to edit it right-away, do you already see two reminders and if so - do they both have the exact same due date and time?

Best regards,
David

I have some recurring tasks.

Like from Monday to Friday at 8:45
Example Task: "Breakfast on Work".

Then, at 8:15(30min before{this time is ok}) on my android phone, apear 2 push notifications.

Like:
Breakfast on Work (Complete or Delay)
Breakfast on Work (Complete or Delay)

Allan,

Please clarify what due date are you entering to these tasks exactly. "From Monday to Friday at 8:45" is not a correct or supported due date. You could use "every Mon, Fri at 8:45" or "every day at 8:45 starting Monday".

So aside from adding the due date to the task, you don't manually add any reminders? If that's so - please try to edit this task and let me know if you also see two reminders set for it.

Try to delete our app and reinstall it and see if it helps.

Best regards,
David

David,

It was only for example.

Almost everything its working.

Only the Push notifications, for any task with some reminder(manually or by today@12:00{example}) its duplicating.

Allan,

I would greatly appreciate if you could confirm whether you're seeing the reminder duplicated within the task or only as you receive it - you get two of them.

So, to clarify - I've added a task with a date "today at 19:00" and I only see one reminder attached to it. Do you see two already at this point if you edit the task and go to the "reminder" section?

Also, which version of our Android are you using and does the issue persist if you delete all your devices on the web at todoist.com in the Settings -> Reminders section and then log out and back into your account on Android. If for some reason the device is duplicated already in this setting, it could cause such issue.

Best regards,
David
