Outlook periodically signs out of Todoist panel - asks for authentication
This has happened to me periodically and I can't seem to figure out the pattern.
Every once in awhile, I would be managing my tasks in the Outlook Todoist plugin and then all of a sudden I login page would show in the plug in.
Does Internet Explorer accept third party cookies? If it's clearing the cache and cookies once in awhile, this could be causing the issue.
Yes, that's it! My IE settings is set to clear browsing history upon exit. I rarely use IE and I guess sometimes when I click on "Karma help" in the plugin, IE is the default browser that is opened. I would also close IE and I guess that's when I would be required to authenticate the next time I use Todoist.
