32-bit Outlook 2013 w/ Todoist Add-in Website security certificate problem
I know there's been plenty of traffic on the support pages regarding the Outlook add-in, but much of it seemed to pertain to an expired security certificate in October.
I just downloaded and installed the Todoist Outlook add-in. Unfortunately, the add-in doesn't connect, and I get the following message:
"There is a problem with this website’s security certificate."
In addition to the 32-bit version Outlook 2013, I have the 64-bit version of IE 11 installed.
I've tried to use it with Outlook 2013 32-bit, same IE version and it seems to work fine, doesn't return any error messages or certificate issues.
That said, please tell me - are you behind any corporate firewalls or proxy servers?
I also get the error, and am behdind a company firewall. However, the error only started occuring when I tried to update to the latest version. Before hand I wwas using this version, and it worked fine.
Sorry - firewall and proxy server. But again, its been working fine for months so I doubt that's the issue.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on another update which will fix this issue for good.
Same issue. Here is the error I see. It was working perfectly yesterday which was 12/11/2013.
"There is a problem with this website's security certificate. "
"The security certificate presented by this website is not secure."
Hi, Has an updated Outlook client been released yet? Out of curiosity, how do you notify users regarding updates?
Not yet, very soon. We will update threads like this that will email people, and any major updates will be announced on social as well.
