Paid premium but no functionality

I paid for premium and logged out and then logged out and cleared my cache but it's not recognizing me as Premium in Thunderbird. Now what?

Hi Kevin,

Where did you make the purchase? Did you receive an email stating that the purchase went through, did you pay with PayPal or creditcard?

Kevin,

I was referring to the receipt that you get when you make the purchase, it can be from PayPal is made through them. Again, did you use your credit-card or through PayPal to make the purchase, and where did you make the purchase, website, mobile etc?

I need to get the transaction ID or reference number from the purchase (the email) so I can upgrade your account. Assuming something has gone wrong.

Are you 100% sure the payment went through, do you see charges on your account/card?
