Issue with Windows version update - not syncing with web

Just updated the windows version this morning - now my windows does not appear to be syncing correctly with the web version. Logged off and back on. No help - Ideas?

Also just tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no luck.

Hello,

Please clarify - how exactly is it not syncing correctly? Do you add a task through the Windows app and it won't appear on the web after refreshing the web-app?

Also, please try to right-click on the TD icon the app adds to your notifications area (system tray) and choose "Logout" from there. Unlike the in-app logout option, this will also clear the cache of the app. If this won't help either, try the "Sync" and/or "Reload" option also from the tray icon.

Tasks added / moved in Windows were not reflected in the web app.

Ahhh ... I think the log in from the app tray did the trick - tasks are now updated across my platforms. Thanks!!
