How do I get the plug-in to attach to my gmail account

I down loaded the plug-in but it is with my extensions, I am having trouble getting them to stay, but I don't see it any place on my gmail page. Is there something I am doing wrong or did not do?

Hi Bertram,

Do you have the Gmail labs feature "Preview Pane" enabled for Gmail? Our plugin will not work with this turned on unfortunately.
Regards,
Brendon.

The answer to the question below is NO. It is disabled, is there anything else I need to do? Really, is there anything I need to do? When I checked it was already off.

Hello Bertram,

Please clarify - are you using Firefox or Chrome? Either way, try to check if your browser accepts third-party cookies and also make sure that you don't have any ad- or script-blocking plugins which may consider our plugin as an ad-popup and block it from being displayed.

Best regards,
David
