Overdue Recurring task with a link

I have an Overdue Recurring task (every 1 day) that also has a URL in the task description. When I click on the checkbox to complete the task, it updates the due date to 4096 days ago (Jul 1 2000). The only way to fix the task is to remove the occurrence and save it and then reset the recurrence.

Suspect this is a bug.

Hi Leonard,

Does this only happen to tasks with a URL in the title? Which browser/app are you using? What is the exact thing you entered into the date box to create it, "every 1 day" or something different?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi Brendan,

It happens on both Firefox and Chrome.

It only happens with Tasks with a link. Other tasks with 'every 1 day' work fine. I think I also had it with 'every day' criteria as well but would have to set up a test to see if I could replicate.

Leonard,

I can't seem to reproduce this issue, when I create a task with a URL in the task name, and "every 1 day" as the due date, it move to the next day without issue.

To clarify, you are using the website version, or the plugins for these browsers (though it shouldn't matter either way). Please try clearing the cache for each browser to see if it continues afterwards.

Also, you are using Todoist in English?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Hi,

Yes, using the Chrome plugin and yes to English. Will give that a try and see if that fixes it.
