Outlook add-on not perfectly synched

Guys- I love the Outlook add-on, but i just found a task which i had added to the regular browser view of TD and it didn't show up on my outlook view, even though I refreshed. I MUST be able to rely on these being in sync. Whassup? (Thanks)

Hello,

Please try to log out from the Outlook plugin, close Outlook, then clear Internet Explorer's cache (as our plugin always uses IE to connect), reopen Outlook, log in and see if it helps. It it doesn't - try to use the sync icon at the bottom.
