Cancel and refund

J

I just signed up for Todoist Premium account because I was interested in the Premium features. Unfortunately upon signing up I realized that they don't meet my needs. It's my understanding that I can get a refund within 30 days. How so I go about getting that?

I think it's a good app, just not for me.

Thanks,

Jeff

Hi David,

The paypal transaction ID is #94377031KP857844R.

And most if my problems with it were with how the labels work. I wanted to be able to nest them, as well as have more flexibility with how I view them on the ios app.

To be honest, I'm a heavy Omnifocus user and what I really wanted was a cross platform version of that so I could use it on my windows machine at work.

I think you have a good product and I'd recommend it to others. It just doesn't fit the way I work and there was no way for me to know without trying the premium features.

Thanks for the quick response. I do a lot of customer service stuff in my job and your response time was awesome.

Best,

Jeff

Jeff,

Your payment has been refunded.

Please note that you can nest projects in Todoist using 3 indent levels and also tasks using 4 indent levels. Labels are the only elements that can't be nested.

Best regards,
David
