I up graded to premium and based on the on line tutorial not getting the benefit of the program. I down loaded the upgrade don't think its in my current version. Have not figured out how to determine the Todoist version that is on my MAC. Please respond.
Premium is synced with your account and does not matter which version you are using. Please log out of all locations and back in again.
Brendon thanks for you help. Logging out and in did not resolve my issue. I logged out of i-phone, i-pad and my mac. All were off of the system at the time. This morning when I logged in on just my mac I still did not have the ability to use the reorder function of my tasks. The option is not there. I had entered a task and afterwards decided that it should have been a sub task of a task that was in in the middle of the list. The Reorder icon is not shown on the task list as it is shown on the you tube tutorial.
You are indeed Premium, so I do not believe that to be the issue. Can you send a screenshot of the issue to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
To clarify, you hover over a task, and the 3 dots to the left that allow dragging do not appear?
Thanks for the tip on the hovering over the task then using the dots to drag and drop the task to a different location. That solves my issue that prompted my asking for assistance. I will send you a screen shot where the re-order icon is not shown as it is in the tutorial. It then becomes a question of which is easier dragging dropping or using the reorder option shown on they you tube demo.
