Gmail..signing in. Just signed up for premium

I still cannot open todoist in gmail...3rd party is enabled and i have no other add ons. this is the second time. please don't ask me questions...tell me how to fix it.

Hi Jennifer,

Do you have Preview Pane enabled within Gmail Labs? Our plugin does not work when this is enabled.

Please clarify, which browser you are using, and which version. Unfortunately without more information we cannot resolve the issue. There is a known issue with certain ID codes of gmail accounts and we are looking into it.

Jennifer,

From the Firefox drop-down, choose "Help", then "About Firefox". The version number will be displayed.
