Outlook and Web Todoist not syncing

Yesterday I marked several tasks as completed using Outlook Todoist. Today I notice that the tasks have not been marked as complete on the web based version, which I also use. I've cleared the cache and logged out and back in. What's the problem?

Hello Andrew,

Please tell me:
- Are you sure you're logging into the same account on both platforms?
- Have you tried to resync the data from the Outlook plugin using the icon at the bottom of the plugin pane?

There were some server and syncing issues on our end yesterday so it's possible that if you've completed these tasks at this time, Todoist switched to offline mode and hasn't synced them yet.

Hi David,

Yes, I am logged in to the same account. I have many tasks and it just seem to be yesterdays completed tasks that are not synching. I have logged back in and out of both versions and used the refresh buttons on both. I have also cleared my browser cache.

Andrew,

Please try to log out and back in through the Outlook plugin. Reg. clearing the cache - please note that the Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect so clearing IEs cache could be something you could try to see if it helps.

I've just tried logging out of Outlook and back in. No success. I had already cleared IE's cache knowing that the plugin uses that.

I'm sorry to hear that. It seems that completing them again through the web could be the only option to have everything in sync from now on.
