iCalendar Feed

A

Dear Sir / Madame,

When I add iCalendar Feed into my Outlook 2013, I get the following errors for I believe all entries.

Task 'Internet Calendar Subscriptions' reported error (0x00040015) : 'The VEVENT, "Clean the pond (light)", defined near line 6, contains a property that references an undeclared time zone with a TZID of "GMT +02:00". The property is being treated as a floating time. Double-click to open this item.'

Please advise.
Alexander.

Hello Alexander,

Please tell me - does it affect the content in any way? Such errors can be shown even if there's just a minor inconsistency in the format of certain events and they shouldn't cause any problems, but let me know if they do.

Best regards,
David

I am not sure if there are any errors as there is way too many entries to check manually.

Alexander,

The error message mentions:

'The VEVENT, "Clean the pond (light)"

So you could check just the one task named "Clean the pond" if it is displayed correctly, has the correct date and time.

Best regards,
David

Dear David,

Entry appears to be fine. I noticed that items that have a start time last only for 1 hour (i.e. duration is one hour). Is it possible to extend duration for some items through ToDoIst ?

Another question which may be silly. iCalendar feed is one way, isn't it ?

Alexander.

Alexander,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to set a duration to Todoist's tasks (and therefore also not to our feed), but we'll consider adding such option in the future.

Reg. your second question - yes, our feed is one-way only.

Best regards,
David
