Two Issues with Outlook Addin

Hi
I have two issues with the outlook add-in. 1) seems every time i shut outlook down and then restart it, Todoist disappears and i need to go into the options and re-enable it in the coms addins section. 2) for some reason all of my labels have disappeared in the outlook add-in. This just started this morning. The labels are still in the windows desk top and the web version but no longer in the outlook add-in. I am using outlook 2010 on windows 7. Thanks!

Hello Neil,

Please tell me - when did you install the add-in? We've released an update quite recently so unless you've downloaded it within the past 2 weeks, please uninstall it and then reinstall the latest version from https://todoist.com/outlook

Also, please try to clear Internet Explorer's cache. Our Outlook plugin uses IE to connect so this could help.

thanks for the reply. I installed the add-in a few weeks ago so I went ahead loaded the new one. The labels have returned (they actually came back yesterday for some reason without my doing anything). However, I am still having problems with the plug-in not loading when i start Outlook. I did notice the 'LoadBehavior' in the registry was set to zero, so I set it to '3' in order to tell it to load each time. I have noticed, however, that if i shut down Outlook and restart, the LoadBehavior goes back to '0' meaning it will not load. Hope that helps. thanks for the assist.

Neil,

Did you try clearing the cache for IE as suggested above? Thanks for the information, that might be helpful in finding the cause.

I would suggest, removing the plugin, clearing the cache for IE, rebooting (just to be safe) and then installing it again. It could have been an issue with the installation.
