Cannot complete a task!

MJ

I have an overdue recurring task that I'm trying to complete. When I tick the box in either the website or the chrome plugin, I get a scrolling/progress bar within the checkbox itself, but the task still sits there in overdue.

I've tried completing another task and it works as it should.

Hello Mark,

Please tell me, what's the exact due date of this task (what due date formula did you type into it originally)?

Best regards,
David

I have the same problem, and I notice its usually tasks that are 1) indented and placed under another task, (and/or) 2) recurring tasks using date formulas for different dates (i.e. 3, 15)

Hello Jim,

Please let me know what is the exact due date formula - exactly as you've typed it into the date field.

If it's "every 3, 15", then this is not a supported date format, please create 2 separate tasks - one for "every 3" and one "every 15".

If that's now the date you use, please let me know which one you do.

Best regards,
David

I use "every 1, 15". The system accepts it fine. I guess I have to change it and try again. Thank you.

PS: I think a lot of folks need this feature, btw. Imagine a task group containing dozens of tasks that repeats itself on every 1st and 15th like mine, and having to duplicate it. Imagine if i need to make amendments (faint).

Jim,

We'll consider supporting such date in the future :-)

David
