Hello,

The Outlook plugin does not require a Premium account to work. Please let us know what happens exactly when you try to log in - do you see a blank page, do you see any error messages, the loading animation and what login method are you using - manual or via Google?

Best regards,
David

I use manual login because nothing happens when I click on via google.

Nothing happens when I try to login.
I tried dowloading the plugin and reinstalling it again but still nothing happens.

Hi,

Do you have issues logging into Todoist from the web version, using Internet Explorer? I would like to know as our Outlook plugin uses this framework as well.

Which OS are you running, which version of Outlook?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Its ok now. It works upon loging into todoist IE web version, then opening my outlook and then logged in todoist inside outlook. Was this the fix?

As our Outlook plugin uses IE to connect, IE's cookie handling might have indeed caused this issue and starting the session through IE has fixed it. If this happens again, please let us know.

David
