Email saved as task doesn't open in Thunderbird

I have no problem saving an email as a task using the Thunderbird add-on but when I later click on the task the email doesn't open so I have to go hunting through mail folders to find it. This seems to be the case whether I am using my Todoist web page or the todoist pane within Thunderbird. I am using Thunderbird 24.1.0

Hi Chris,

When you create a task by email that email needs to be opened with the same process, as in Thunderbird tasks need to be opened there. So that is why it would not work within the web version.

For within Thunderbird, have you moved these emails after adding them as tasks? This should have been fixed in a recent update, please make sure you are using our latest version of the plugin.

Thanks for the advice. The add-on was set to update automatically but to be on the safe side I removed it and downloaded afresh from your web site and the functionality now seems to have returned.
