Are you certain that this is the correct Id of the last payment for your Todoist Premium account? It's a payment from July 2010, over 3 years ago, and it's for $3 instead of $29.

Yes, I can confirm that you're Premium until October 23rd, 2014. That said, you must have got the receipt between October 22nd and 24th (depending on your time zone). Please double-check the spam or trash folder for mails from this day.
Unfortunately, without a receipt we may not be able to refund your payment :(
