Unable to login into outlook plugin

was working fine, now cannot login
using office pro plus 2010
uninstalled and reinstalled todoist outlook plugin
everytime i login in, the page just reloads back to the login screen, no errors

Hi Matt,

Did anything change on your system? New apps, new network, settings, anything?

Are you signing in with Google or just username and password?

Nope, no major upgrades that I can think of.

Using todoist username/password.

Please uninstall the current version, clear the cache for IE, and install this version.

Hi Brendon,

Still not luck. I get a proper error when submitting with a dummy password but still redirects back to the blank login screen when entering the correct details.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Matt,

Have you cleared the cache for IE before or after installing this linked version? Are you on a corporate network? No new extensions installed for Outlook?

Unfortunately I am not able to reproduce this issue. We are in the process of a major update for our plugin due to many issues with it, we are hoping to have this done soon.
