I purchased the upgrade. I am using the web version -- and when I go to use the 'attachments' function, it tells me I need to upgrade. Please advise. I upgraded and paid yesterday.

According to our database, your account is Premium. Please try to log out, clear the browser's cache, reload the browser and log back in.

That worked for the web, thank you! My Android app on my Galaxy Note 3 will not sync up with my web/desktop app. What can I do for this?

Please log out and back into these apps, too and please make sure you're logging in with the same credentials and login method on all platforms.
