Cancel subscription

I signed up for premium account last year through my Android phone. I have converted to iPhone sometime back. How do I cancel my subscription now? (I don't have a paypal account so that link won't help).

Hi Usman,

To cancel the subscription when paid through the PlayStore you need to access your PlayStore account to cancel the subscription with us. You can find that at this link. https://wallet.google.com/manage/w/1/#subscriptions:

Hello Nathu,

To delete your Todoist account:
1. Click the gear icon in the top right and select Todoist Settings.
2. Click the Account tab and click "Delete my Todoist account".

Please make sure to cancel any recurring payment subscription to prevent further charges.

But, how do I cancel my account when I signed in with Google Apps? It won't let me cancel?

Hello Jonathan,

Please go to Settings -> Account ans use the "Edit" link next to "Password". This will allow you to set a password for your Todoist account. Once you do that, click on the "Delete my account" link and you can use this newly set password to confirm the deletion.

Hi. I would like to take your offer for getting back my money within the 30 days period. I thought i could use Outlook, but i have the MAC version, not Windows, and it seems you haven't a compatible solution here. How do i proceed from here? Thanks, :-)

Thanks Clyde. Before we do this, is there any solution on its way for Mac Outlook? The feature im searching for is to drag and drop an email to an ToDo list. It´s not an requirement for me that its directly integrated in outlook. So maybe you have an solution for me? :-)

It looks like a great product but I am still a little skeptical. Are you

You can try the free Premium trial through an invitation that you'll receive via email within a few days of creating your Todoist account.

I just signed up my Premium account over the weekend and would like to cancel further renewal and also for a refund. But in my Iphone app, it doesn't have anywhere where I can cancel. Please help!

Shelley,

Did you upgrade on the App Store. Sadly Apple does not allow us to do refunds, you would need to contact them to get any kind of refund.,

Hi,

If paid on the App Store, it does not renew and nothing needs to be canceled :)

Shelley,

It actually says it will renew, or that it expires? I will go double check what the policy is on App Store purchases. That being said, you would have to go to your App Store account and remove the subscription if that is the case (thats how Play Store purchases work as well).

So when you do contact them for a refund, the same time it would be canceled as well. Though I will go right now to confirm if that does auto renew. Sorry about that.
