Is Todoist anywhere working?

NL

I click on the bookmark and nothing happens. I have it on 2 different macs and neither one works.

I dragged 'Todoist Tasks' to the bookmarks toolbar a week ago and has worked well. Today nothing happens.

Any ideas?

thanks

Hello Neil,

Please clarify - are you using it with Safari? And does it work in any other browser?

Best regards,
David

I have Chrome and Firefox also installed but use Safari mostly. The extension works fine with Chrome. I added the bookmark to Firefox and it did not work either.

strange.

Hi Deniz,

Your issue was related to a recent update, this should be fixed in the next update, which should be out now.

Thanks,
Brendon.

For me, the Safari bookmark on my mac (Todoist Tasks) is still not working. The extension for Chrome is fine.

Neil,

Unfortunately, the bookmark in Safari might need to be re-added to see the changes. You can also try clearing the cache for Safari first before doing so.

Thanks,
Brendon.

by 're-added' do you mean I should delete the bookmark and add it onto the Bookmark Bar again? I tried that this morning but it didn't change anything. Try again?

Neil,

I do mean, remove and re-add. Though, if it has not already resolved itself, clearing the cache for Safari is a better option to try first.

Thanks,
Brendon.
