Hello,

Please tell me - did you make the changes offline and sync the data online at any point? Please try to access your Todoist account through a web-browser other than Safari at https://todoist.com and see if your tasks are there.

Best regards,
David

I am really disappointed in this, my todolist is not to be found. I will keep looking for a good productivity software.

Hi ,
I started a new position on Monday and created an account using a pc. I went back to the website I had book marked and Monday's list was not available. Do I have to recreate it everyday or can the list rollover to the next day? Thanks, Pam

Hello Pan,

So to clarify - you did not lose any data, but completed single-occurring tasks and would like to have recurring tasks instead?

If so, that's possible. To set up a daily recurring task, simply type "every day" into the due date field :-) You can use any of the date formats mentioned on this page: https://todoist.com/Help/DatesTimes

Hi,
That is not what I wanted to do-I just want the task to carryover to the following day until they are completed (so they may be on the books for 1 or 2 days, or a week or more). Is there any way to keep things on the list and have them carryover until completed? If not, this is not the software that will work for me. Thanks,

Pam,

If you don't complete a task due today, tomorrow you will see it as "overdue" so that you can clearly keep track of what you've missed and what may need extra attention because it was missed.

That said, there's currently no way in Todoist to make the tasks change their overdue date to "today" until you complete them.

David
