Hi Aurora,

Please make sure that all devices you are using with Todoist (desktop, mobile) and Todoist's settings are set to the same timezone as each other.

If you delete this task, and re-create it, does it still happen?

Thanks,
Brendon.

All my devices are on the same timezone. I just deleted the task, added it again and then set the due date as today and it set it as due yesterday again

When I used the calendar feature to select the date it set the due date as yesterday but when I manually entered the date as '5 Nov' it set it as today.

Hello Aurora,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, this was caused by the time change from DST to winter time and we're looking into this issue right now.

Best regards,
David

I am still having the problem, twice today when I was ticking off completed sub tasks, it switched the date of the main task from due next Monday to being due last Wednesday. It keeps happening and also seems to be affecting my Karma when I correct the date.

Aurora,

Please clarify - on what platform does this happen? Only on the web, on mobile or everywhere? Even now, when you add a task (through which platform?) and make it due today, you press save and as you do, it already gets added as yesterday or do you see the date changing as it syncs?

Best regards,
David

This problem occurs on the web platform (on a chrome browser).

It seems to occur when I add a due date to a sub task and as it saves the sub task's due date it makes the main task's date go to 'yesterday' regardless of the main tasks due date.

Its still happening and its causing me to lose Karma, which is a bit unfair as I am not postponing a task just trying to correct the error.

Aurora,

I'm sorry, but I can't reproduce it under any circumstance. I add a task due "today" and a sub-task with the date "+3". Both save and there are no changes in the dates of either of them.

Please tell me:
- What version of Chrome are you using?
- Does clearing Todoist's offline data by going to Chrome's Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, deleting todoist.com from this list and reloading the browser make any difference?

Best regards,
David
