I install the outlook add-in in outlook 2010, but it works as a web page, how can I do now? The account is upgraded already.
This is a known issue that we are having with our Outlook plugin among many other issues. Due to these issues we have started to do a complete rewrite of it and hope to have this done within a few weeks but unfortunately do not have any real fixes at this time.
