Reminders: Due date/due time

BB

Hi. I suspect this has been asked and answered already, but: Can you clarify how (or if) reminders work with items that have a due date, but not a due time? In other words:

1) If I create a task that has a due date of "December 1 @ 10 am" Todoist will automatically set a reminder for December 1 at 9:30 AM -- right? I can also optionally set other reminders from the Reminders tab of the item itself -- right?

2) If I set a due date of just "December 1," does Todoist auto-set a reminder in this case? Or do I have to go into the task and manually set a reminder time?

Thanks.

Hi Bill.

You are correct. To have the default reminder be set you need to have a time added to the task. You can though, add a reminder to any task you'd like, you can right click and choose Reminders to do so.

Thanks,
Brendon.
