Outlook missing emails after archive

Hi,
This is a fantastic software, but the fact it cannot track emails after they archive or change folder is really annoying. My company enforces archiving every day and therefore so difficult to keep track of emails.
Please try to fix this as soon as possible. Thankyou

Any idea when the target launch date will be for this new plug in?

Unfortunately we don't have any specific launch date, we're working on it until these issues are fixed and will publish it right away. We hope it won't take longer than a few weeks at this point, though.

Hi,

Is there any update on this item? We are using the Todoist tasks for our project task management and we really want to have the tool tracking emails when archived. This fix will be a life saver.

..funny how i was told the same in July 2013.. now Jan 2014 and still the same answers being given!

Hello Carl,

We've worked with 2 different developers in the past who unfortunately failed to deliver a fix for the issues related with our Outlook plugin :( Of course we thought back then that a fix will be completed soon relying on their updates.

The developer we're working with right now is reliable, already fixed our Windows app, the first port of the Outlook plugin to the new engine is done and the remaining issues are being addressed now.

That said, we're confident that this time it really won't take much longer before we have a finally bug-free and reliable Outlook plugin. We're sorry for the past delays, we're also very frustrated by this situation and hope we can offer you a great experience with our new Outlook plugin soon.

This seems to be fixed in the latest plugin release!
